Well folks, this week, it’s going to be posts on food and pictures of plants that I had promised earlier.
I thought I’d write down the constituents of the green seasoning I happened to use to marinate chicken. I also added copious amonts of salt and some olive oil. Broiled at high for around 10 minutes on each side or until browned. It tasted quite nice. Great way to prepare chicken for salads.
Here’s what commercial green seasoning contains:
Eschalot, Garlic, Sweet Peppers, Guyanese Thyme, Celery, Basil or Married man’s pork, Parsley, Salt, Vinegar.
